Global Commercial Conference

The Global Commercial Conference (GCC) is the largest gathering of CBC owners, brokers, sales associates, and managers. This annual conference provides networking opportunities and educational seminars, and features an elegant awards ceremony to recognize the Top Producers.

Commercial Elite Recognition Event

CBC believes recognition is the right way to honor peak performers who personify success and serve as an inspiration to others. Each year Coldwell Banker Commercial recognizes and awards those individuals who soar to the highest level of achievement.

The Commercial Elite honor is awarded to the Coldwell Banker Commercial top companies based on Adjusted Gross Commission Income during the previous calendar year.

This invitation only, incentive event is for the owners of the Top 15 highest producing affiliate companies. Commercial Elite is held annually at exclusive resorts in exotic locations such as: Punta Mita, Mexico; Maui, Hawaii; and Nevis, West Indies, Caribbean.

Circle of Distinction Event

The most prestigious distinction Sales Associates can achieve is the Coldwell Banker Commercial Circle of Distinction award. This event offers the top producers the opportunity to participate in educational seminars, network and share best practices.

STAR Training

CBC hosts a bi-annual training program at its corporate headquarters in Parsippany, NJ. The purpose of STAR Training is to educate new affiliates about the CBC systems, tools and resources available to them, as well as ways they can leverage the global brand in their local marketplace.

International Council of Shopping Centers

ICSC is the global trade association of the shopping center industry, and the conference brings together nearly 40,000 shopping center owners, developers, managers, marketing specialists, investors, lenders, retailers and other real estate professionals.

CoreNet Global (Corporate Real Estate Network)

The International Development Research Council (IDRC) and NACORE International combined to create CoreNet, the premier organization for business leaders engaged in the strategic management of real estate for major corporations worldwide.

SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors)

SIOR is the leading professional commercial and industrial real estate association. With over 2,000 members in 350 cities worldwide, the Society represents today's most knowledgeable, experienced and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists. SIOR offers national meetings and conferences opportunities.

AAHOA (Asian American Hotel Owners Association)

The Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA) is the fastest-growing hospitality organization in the United States. Founded in 1989, AAHOA has grown from 100 to more than 8,700 members including a 45 percent increase in membership since April 2003. The largest member-based Indian business organization in the United States, AAHOA is one of the most powerful Asian American advocacy groups.
